"Good remote for $150"

As much as I love the Pronto Pro from what I've seen here, there's no way I can afford the price right now. Can anyone steer me in the right direction of a remote that is around $150, but still have some touch pad capability with customizable buttons? Also, and this could be a significant factor, the wife has to be able to easily use it! I did a search on the Net and found some that perhaps you can give opinions on. They are: Philips TSU500 Pronto Neo, Harmony IDRC-745, RCA RCU1000B9, Sima SUR-35, and Proton SRC-2010. I have an older Theater Master remote with my older system, but wanted something more intuitive and without sticky labels for the buttons. Thanks for any input - Paul

I have the Mome Theater Master MX-500, and I can tell you that is very user friendly. It has 13 macros, learning capability, and it also take pre-programmed codes. The text on the screen is also editable.

Higly recommend it. Visit http://www.remotecentral.com/
